Do You Believe This???
A girl went to her friends house and she ended up staying
longer than planned, and had to walk home alone.
She wasn't afraid because it was a small COMMUNITY and
she lived only a few blocks away.
As she walked along under the bike trail Diane asked
God to keep her safe from harm and danger.
When she reached the alley, which was a shortcut to her house,
she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed
a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her.
She became uneasy and began to pray,
asking for God's protection.
Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness
and security wrapped round her, she felt as
though someone was walking with her.
When she reached the end of the alley, she walked
right past the man and arrived home safely.
The following day, she read in the newspaper
that a young girl had been raped in the same
alley just twenty minutes after she had been there.
Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact
that it could have been her, she began to weep.
Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young
woman, she decided to go to the police station.
She felt she could recognize the man, so she
told them her story.
The police asked her if she would be willing to
look at a lineup to see if she could identify him.
She agreed and immediately pointed out the
man she had seen in the alley the night before.
When the man was told he had been identified,
he immediately broke down and confessed.
The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and
asked if there was anything they could do for her.
She asked if they would ask the man one question.
Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her.
When the policeman asked him, he answered,
'Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men
walking on either side of her.'
Amazingly, whether you believe or not,
you're not alone. ( people ) will not stand up for God........
Send this and make the subject the name of (your city)
if you truly believe in
God.....
PS: God is always there in your heart and loves you
no matter what
'If you deny me in front of your friends,
I shall deny you in front of my Father'
STAND UP FOR HIM
93% of people wont pass this on.... Will you be one of them???

The office of the Commissioner of Charities (COC) and the police's Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) said in a statement yesterday that they are investigating some financial transactions involving several individuals and companies connected to City Harvest Church.

The COC said that it got complaints of City Harvest Church misusing church funds, and contacted the CAD as the investigations involve firms that are not charities or church subsidiaries.
It added that the inquiry is not related to, nor sparked by, the church's March announcement that it bought a $310 million stake in Suntec Singapore.
"The two are separate matters," said a COC spokesman.
The Suntec deal led to debates on whether religious groups should be allowed to go into business using donations.
In March, the COC said it was seeking clarifications from the church on the Suntec deal.
my paper understands that the complaints being investigated now were of incidents that occurred many years ago.
Yesterday, CAD officers visited the offices of individuals and firms under investigation and secured records and accounts.
They also spoke to the church's founder, Reverend Kong Hee, and 16 other people involved in handling its finances.
Its services, congregations and religious activities would not be disrupted by the investigations, the CAD and COC said.
Earlier high-profile probes by the CAD into major charities' financial irregularities - that of National Kidney Foundation in 2005, and Ren Ci Hospital and Medicare Centre in 2008 - took at least three months. Both charities' chiefs were jailed for offences related to the irregularities.
In an e-mail to church members, City Harvest executive pastor Derek Dunn said that the church is "cooperating fully with the investigation of the allegations".
When contacted, the church declined to comment.
Sales executive Gavin Png, 30, a City Harvest member since 1997, said: "I have faith that the church is clean. I think it has been very forthcoming about its use of funds."

Senior Pastor Kong Hee called up for questioning by police
The founder of City Harvest Church Senior Pastor Kong Hee was one of the 17 people called up for questioning yesterday morning by the Commercial Affairs Department to assist in the investigations into alleged misuse of church funds.
The police also took away computers and financial records from their homes and offices, but stopped short of saying the exact offences they were investigating.
An ex-Rafflesian, Pastor Kong is a well-known preacher in Singapore and in the region. He built City Harvest Church from its humble beginnings in 1989 into a mega-church today with a congregation of more than 33,000 and reserves estimated to exceed $100 million dollars.
Besides Singapore, it also has 45 affiliate churches in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Taiwan and Australia with a total of 48,000 members, according to a Straits Times report today.
It was rumored that a few other pastors from the church were called up for questioning as well with at least one still in detention by the police.
In the meantime, CHC released an official statement on its website saying that it “is cooperating fully with the investigation of the alleged allegations.” and church services and operations will continue normally.
It ended with a call to its followers to “keep the church in prayer” prompting one netizen to wonder “why they need prayer if they’re innocent or aren’t being persecuted.”
